Oversee all front office operations. Assures guest satisfaction with room amenities and service. Resolve guest complaint in an efficient manner by performing the following duties.
Include the following, and other duties may be assigned.
Hiring and termination of all front office and night audit personnel
Resolve guest complaints
Oversee all phases of front office operation
Produce room forecast.
Maintain operation al budget.
Input payroll into Kronos.
Oversee training and development of personnel
Takes care of all emergency situations on property
Act as manager on duty for the resort
Review nightly audit to ensure accuracy
Supervisory
Responsibilities:
Supervise team members in the Front Desk, and Night Audit. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training team members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining team members; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other team members of the organization.
Mathematical Skills:
